Terms & Conditions

  1. Customers  will be liable for every order made under his/her Login and agrees to indemnify Get Fresh Supply for all claims, damages whatsoever caused by any third party arising from the actions of a person placing orders for the products through using the Customer’s Login. 

  2. Customers may place his/her order via our website at : www.getfreshsupply.com.sg/ Customers will receive a confirmation of receipt of order via e-mail. Do take note that such confirmation of receipt of orders does not guarantee stock availability. 

  3. For orders with a value of $60 or more per delivery location, customers will be entitled for FREE delivery. For orders with a value of less than $60 per delivery location, there will be a delivery charge of $8. For orders with a value  of less than $30 per delivery location, there will be a delivery charge of $10. Additional delivery charges may apply for any other special arrangements through Customers. Get Fresh Supply shall do their best to fulfill orders placed by Customers through Get Fresh Supply Online, but Get Fresh Supply shall not be liable to anyone  if Get Fresh Supply is unable to supply an order because of an unforeseen circumstances to the Products, or because the Products may be unavailable

 

PRICE

  1. Get Fresh Supply shall try their best to ensure that the prices, details and sizes of products detailed by the Get Fresh Supply online are correct. 

  2.  Get Fresh Supply reserves the right to adjust the pricing and other details of the products without prior notice.

  3. Not all product sizing corresponds exactly to the description reflected  online. Get Fresh Supply reserves the right to provide the nearest sizing of Product at the nearest pricing.

  4. Get Fresh Supply may from time to time set credit limits for individual, corporate and wholesale customers. Get Fresh Supply also reserves the right to limit sales including the right to prohibit sales.

 

PAYMENT

  1. Payment for products ordered through Get Fresh Supply Online can be made by the VISA card, Mastercard, American Express Card and Paynow.

 

DELIVERY

  1. Get Fresh Supply shall use reasonable efforts to deliver products of acceptable quality and freshness to the specified delivery address provided by the customer. Get Fresh Supply shall not be liable for any delays in its delivery services, if the delay has been due causes beyond the control of Get Fresh Supply.

  2. Get Fresh Supply will only deliver within Singapore 

  3. No delivery services shall be available on Sundays & Public holidays and delivery timings are subjected to availability.

  4. Get Fresh Supply reserves the right to withhold delivery of the products to the Customers if it has any doubts whatsoever

  5. Customer’s instruction to  leave their delivery outside their door shall be at CUSTOMER’S own risk.

 

RETURNS OF PRODUCTS/REFUNDS

  1. All replacements of Products shall be effected in the shortest time possible

  2. All refunds will be made via the same mode of payment on which the original purchases was made if possible, alternatively through PAYNOW

  3. Get Fresh Supply shall use its best efforts to ensure that orders are correctly fulfilled. Should there be any discrepancy, please notify us either via email at admin@getfreshsupply.com or call us directly at +6587171171 within 12 hours. Returns/Refunds can only be arranged under the following circumstances:

  • If any product which was not included in the Customer’s order is being delivered to the Customer, Get Fresh Supply shall collect the Product from the respective Customer

  • If the Customer has been charged for a product which was not delivered, Get Fresh Supply shall refund accordingly to  the Customer the value of the Product as originally charged to the Customer

  • If a Customer is charged more than the value of a Product, Get Fresh Supply shall refund the difference accordingly

 

VARIATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Get Fresh Supply reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions in its sole discretion. Get Fresh Supply does not undertake to notify the Customer of such changes. It is the Customer’s responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions prior to submitting any orders and Get Fresh Supply shall not have responsibility to notify the Customer of any changes to the Terms and Conditions.

 

APPLICABLE LAW

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and the Customer and Get Fresh Supply agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
