You may change your delivery address or delivery date by informing us at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery. Otherwise there will be a charge of $8 for the amendment. It will be a separate charge from the original order payment. 

Do take note that the delivery date can be postponed only up to a week later and is only allowed a one-time amendment. Should you require a longer date, please cancel the order and place a new one. Amendment to an earlier date will be subject to slot availability.

Get Fresh Supply shall use reasonable endeavors to deliver products of acceptable quality and freshness to the specified delivery address provided by the customer. Get Fresh Supply shall not be liable for any delays in its delivery services, if the delay has been due causes beyond the control of Get Fresh Supply.

Get Fresh Supply delivers only to addresses within mainland Singapore (including Sentosa Island). For deliveries to outlying islands and Jurong Island, please contact us direct.

Get Fresh Supply does export internationally.

 

 

  1. Free delivery - For order value of $60 & above per delivery

  2. $8 - For order value less than $60

  3. $10 - For order value less than $30

 

We deliver from Monday to Saturday between 9am - 6pm. We do not deliver on Sundays & Public holidays unless necessary.

We will need at least 24 hours to prepare and ship your order to you after an order is being placed.

Cancellation requests must be submitted to us at least 24 hours prior to the delivery date. Otherwise, there will be a $10 cancellation charge(incl. GST).
